Refund policy

• All online returns must be received back in-store within 14 days of purchase. A refund will be made to the original credit card with 72 hours of receiving the return. Items must be in original condition and have tags intact with no sign of wear and tear.
• You can use your preferred carrier and mail back to shop address. (319 Laskin Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23451)
• All items discounted 30% or more are considered a final sale and cannot be returned.
• Seasonal Decor cannot be returned.

• All in-store purchases must be returned within 10 days to get a complete refund. After that time, the customer may get a credit towards a future purchase. After 30 days, we are no longer able to accommodate a return.
